As a Software Engineer at I3C, I have demonstrated leadership and influencing skills in various domains, with quantifiable impact on critical systems, business processes, and user experiences.

Here are some of my I3C top achievements:

• Core member of the designing and development team for Version 2 and 3 of the .Ug Registry system, streamlining the registration and management of Uganda’s country code Top-Level Domains (ccTLD).

• Led the development of the new .ug whois system, which is now the primary system for querying information about .ug domain name globally.

• Spearheaded the company's strategic growth initiative to achieve official Google Partnership status across key product areas.  Successfully managed the end-to-end partnership acquisition process with Google, collaborating with Digicloud Africa (Google Cloud's official distributor for Africa) to secure the official partner designation and establish I3C as a recognized provider of Google Cloud services

• Leader of the internal Google Team at I3C, providing strategic direction and technical oversight to ensure successful attainment and maintenance of all Google partnership credentials and deployment standards.

• Drove customer success and revenue growth by leveraging advanced technical expertise in Google Cloud (GCP) and Google Workspace to design, deploy, and manage robust, scalable client cloud infrastructure and workspace environments for over 90 organizations since the partnership's inception in 2023.

• Project team lead in the redesign and modernization of high-profile client websites, leveraging WordPress for fast, responsive deployment. Key projects included the Uganda Law Reform Commission (ULRC), The Silver Springs Hotel, and The College Inn Hotel, ensuring improved user experience and digital authority for critical commercial and government organizations.

• Led the development of the Mapenzi Xpress App, an delivery app designed using Flutter to enable clients for Mapenzi grill track orders and provide delivery and courier management for Mapenzi Grill restaurant.

Android Developer and Google Cloud Intern

Participated in a dynamic Android Development internship program at Andela Learning Community which was facilitated by Google in the Google Africa Developer Scholarship program (GADS), focusing on hands-on learning and skill enhancement in Android mobile software development.

• Successfully completed the Google Android Developer Associate Certification during the internship, showcasing a high level of proficiency in Android app development.

• Collaborated with a team of experienced developers, contributing to the development of GADSLeaderboard App for tracking learners progress in the GADS program. GADSLeaderboard App

Completed an intensive internship at Lapisha Consulting, specializing in database design and computer programming with a focus on PHP, Java, JavaScript, JSON, Android, MySQL, HTML, and CSS.

• I attended training to learn software development techniques and coding best practices.

• Gained hands-on experience in database design principles, including schema development, normalization, and query optimization.

• Developed proficiency in a variety of programming languages, including PHP, Java, and JavaScript, through practical application in real-world projects.
